Acrobatics

Our Acro-Gym program combines the athletic foundation of gymnastics and tumbling. Designed to strengthen dancers both physically and creatively, this class challenges students to build power, control, and confidence while safely mastering acrobatic skills that enhance performance versatility. Through structured training and progressive technique, dancers develop strength, agility, and body awareness while learning how to seamlessly integrate acrobatics into choreography. Emphasis is placed on proper form, safety, and injury prevention to ensure dancers grow with both skill and confidence.
